Please join us in welcoming Jess White and Justin Joy to the Hi-Speed team!
Jess White is our new Senior Motor Shop Coordinator. Prior to joining Hi-Speed, he served as a Rotating Equipment Specialist and Vibration Analyst at a paper mill in Austell, GA. Most recently, he was a reliability technician for us at Hi-Speed, serving our valued clients in the Mid-South. Jess studied mechanical engineering at the University of Alabama. He is a Certified Vibration Analyst and a Level 1 Machine Lubrication Technician and is also certified in oil analysis and thermography. In his new role as Senior Motor Shop Coordinator, he is responsible for managing all of Hi-Speed’s motor shop operations; field technicians; motor services; as well as completing daily tasks including quoting, billing, and scheduling jobs; and handling customer relations across the southeast United States. When he’s not working, Jess enjoys outdoor activities including bowfishing, hunting and working on his Jeep.
Justin Joy joined us in December 2020 as a Project Manager/Coordinator and Planner. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing various Hi-Speed projects from beginning to end for our valued clients. His duties include quoting, estimating, and scheduling jobs; ordering parts; billing; and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and on target. Justin is a Zone 2 and 3 Hoist Planner, meaning he is responsible for all Hi-Speed territories in Mississippi and all projects within Tennessee excluding the Memphis metro area. Prior to joining Hi-Speed, Justin performed design engineering at Standard Elevator Systems and was also a material handler for FedEx. Justin earned his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from Christian Brothers University. He currently resides in Covington, TN and, when he’s not working, enjoys playing cornhole with friends.
